hi everyone, i'm new to this forum. belong to another forum(corvette). i have a '06 silverado,crew cab hd 1500...just curious,what should i hope to get for gas mileage? is it ok to run 87 octane or should i be using at least 89 ? :thumbs: jim....

You should be just fine on 87 octane.

 

It's a tough call on the fuel mileage. Driving style and type of usage can make a drastic difference in your readings.
