Electrical problems

Any suggestions regarding turn signals that just up and quit working, light out for guages, bell if head light left on after turning off ignition? The bulbs are good, brake lights work etc. They just wont flash. I bought a new flasher but cannot locate the old one. Then the other problems started. The light went out but just for the speedometer, tach, etc. Everything else electrical works well, all fuses look good. Thanks if any ideas.
