Need help with leak

I have a leak coming from the oil filter thingy( D.K. what its called). I went to a dealer to show them some pics where its leaking from, and forget what they called it. I got the seal kit, a o-ring and a gasket w/ 2 holes in it.

 

Tech, or any one tell me if it is hard for me to do? Should I take off the oil cooling lines, or can it drop far enough for me to replace the seals.
