Hello all, looking for a little advice here.  Just installed my CB in my new 02 GMC Extended cab.  Everything went pretty well, I ended up using a through the glass antenna with the 3M Tape on both side instead of drilling into the cab or trying to find an acceptable entrance and then have to fight with it under the carpet.  I routed it through the drivers side door sill which has a cable channel already in it.  Worked out great except for one thing.  I can not for the life of me figure out how to hide the coax cable as it runs down the side of the back window.  I have an idea that the rear seat has to come out in order to remove the moulding to hide the cable.  If that is the case I should have just found another entrance but either way if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Most people dont achieve the performance they like out of the "through the glass" antennas unless you are using a cell phone! SO I cant really help you if you are going to use an antenna like that!

Hmm...move the attenna and mount it on the windshield?  Like on the passengers side?
