OBS Tahoe question

Well heres the deal, I got a 2000 OBS Tahoe, and last night a deer ran into my passenger front door.

 

Now I got a friend who owns a engine shop in town, and he has a bunch of parts pickups, but they are pre 94. I can pretty much have a door since he doesnt care about body parts much.

 

What will it take to swap the panels over? I know that inside black panel needs to be swapped so the power window motor and crap can be swapped over, but am I gonna need to drill new holes for the door panels?
