Noisy leaf spring

The leaf pack on the drivers side rear of my truck makes a heck of a racket. It squeeks constantly any time the truck is moving or if I jump up and down on the tailgate.

 

I can spray them with silicone spray and it stops for about a week and then comes back. What can I do to make it go away for good?

Silicone is the wrong lube to use here. Get you some spray type motorcyle chain lube and jack truck up to uload springs and spray it between the leafs and your problem will go away for a long time.
