trailblazer ext v8 air intake

Anybody else have problems replacing air filter? Even the chevy dealer has trouble reassembling the air intake box on my 2004 (V8) model. Are there any replament air boxes which are easier to access/more efficient?

I'm not aware of any problems replacing the air filter element/reassembling the air box,but then again we never sold very many V8-Trailblazer EXT's new so we don't see many in the shop,and now since they quite producing the Trailblazer EXT's/Envoy XL's we probably won't see very many at all.
