How bad is it to replace the motor in a 1999 blazer (4.3L 4x4)?

 

I am getting a 99 w/ low oil pressure.

Not that bad but if engine runs okay otherwise and is not knocking I would try some 15w40 (not 10w40) and that should bring pressure up and as long as you have about 25 to 30 PSI cruising when warm, it will last for a long time if you do not hot dog it as the design has a good bottom end.
