Parental Control button???? How to disable

I have the rear seat enterntainment package (RSE) and my rear console no longer works, im assuming some how my Parental control button was activated, but i dont have a clue where it is or how to enable or disable it.. btw this is on a 2004 tahoe

I believe it has something to do with holding in a button, or combination of buttons, on the radio.
