Do the new clusters need the odmeter reset?

Or is the milage stored on a EPROM in the computer?

I take it you are talking about the Denali/Escalade clusters. They start counting miles at 0.

Ideally you take both clusters to a shop where a certified tech does the swap, or you use the sticker.
