Suspension blocks, or body lift blocks? A suspension block would work on the rear, but your truck already has about a 3 or 4" block from the factory so you will need to measure that and then add the amount of lift you want to add (1") then buy a block that equals that measurement (3"+1"=4" block overall). Adding a reallly tall block will cause increased axle wrap. So don't look at those giant 12" tall blocks thinking they will work. You might also look in to add-a-leafs or a new spring pack altogether.

I've seen a kit somewhere that include a traction bar of sorts. It goes between the block and the axle to reduce if not eliminate axle wrap. It was with one of those gaint blocks like you where talking about.
