OD issues because of bigger tires?

i completely forgot about this-

when you put bigger tires than stock, the circumference of the tire changes, meaning less revolutions to a mile. this in turn means that the OD can be off. is this a hard problem to overcome?

if your truck is a 2000 model your dealer can program the pcm with the proper

tire size or close to if to get proper speedometer and odometer readings.
