It will probably cost a fair amount as E85 is much more corrosive so a large amount of the fuel delivery system would need to be overhauled, also, I imagine the ECU would need to be reprogrammed.

 

Why would you be doing this, it won't save you any money. E85 both costs more and is less efficient... though it is better for the environment.
