ABS, RED BRAKE ,SVC AND 4WD ON, HVAC TSB #3832

I have a 2002 Trailblazer 4wd. I recently had issues with the 4wd and the A/C system. The ABS light, red brake light, and service 4WD lights came on. Also, the HVAC blower would not work at all at any setting.

 

I pulled the fuses to check all HVAC, brake, and transfer case but found no blown fuses. After this the HVAC came back on but the "service 4wd" stayed lit. I took the truck to the dealer and they charged me over $500 to replace the transfer case control module. 1 day later I have the same issue.

 

I searched around on the internet and found a TSB that describes the exact situation. I tried to get the dealer to review this but they wanted extra money and said the TSB's were not really for consumers to review. I purchased a subscription to alldata for the vehicle but it does not have this specific TSB.

 

Anyway, is anyone familiar with this situation? Can you provide some ideas or a copy of the TSB mentioned in the title?

That 3832 number is not any sort of valid GM bulletin number, so I don't know what to tell you on that. GM TSB numbers are in the form: XX-XX-XX-XXX

 

Sounds like an ignition switch to me. Pretty common actually.
