4.3L performance is there any hope

I own a 4.3L 05 silverado and iam just wanting to up the HP does anyone know what is the best bet.

Go with an aftermarkted 'tuned' PCM.

Websters and Wait4me are two popular choices. Best value for your dollar.

I helped a friend on a 01'. It turned out well, just do the normal bolt-ons. Cold air intake, exhaust, headers, power pulleys. It would kick the snot out of my company pickup with a TBI 350.

For pulleys use 96-98 5.0-5.7L they bolt right onto the little 4.3L. Didn't gain much from a tune but you can give a shot anyway.
