Rear A/C

Last week i finish intalling the new compressor on the truck. I did get rid of the jackhammer noise after going to two remanufacture compressors. I took the truck to get it recharge and vacumm. I took 4 bottles of freon along with me a left the truck at the mechanic. After i took the truck back home form the mechanics I notice that the Rear A/C was not cold as bofore but the front was working fine. I took the truck out of town two days ago and i notice that after driving the truck for three hours the Rear A/C started blowing warm air. At that point I turned off the Rear A/C Unit and left only the front one. The Front unit never gave me any problems along the way. Today I tested the Rear A/C and it is blowing cold air but not as cold as i want too.

I did replace the rear expansion valve a month ago after the second compressor was giving me problems.

Any Advice is appreciated.

There was probably still debris from the failed compressor in the lines and it has migrated to the expansion valve in back. It takes very little to clog it up, even if it's new.

Thanks, so i have to replace the expansion valve again. This afternoon i was driving the truck here in town and the rear a/c was blowing cold air, I just seems that after you drive the truck for a while the rear expansion valve gets plugged and freezes up and that's was causing the a/c to blow warm air.
