Some second-row HEAD REST issues

Hey all,

 

Right from the dealership (though I didn't notice it right away), my passenger-side second-row headrest's innards don't seem to want to seat properly when the head rest is put back into its upright position (after the seat's been folded down).

 

When I put it back up, the plastic slider-thingie inside (that's supposed to keep junk from falling down into the slot where the head rest stalk slides, I suppose) gets turned, exposing the inside of the seat back somewhat, and stretching the gap in the carpeted backing of the seat.  The head rest "works" as it should, but this black plastic piece is NOT staying straight, and the gap in the back of the seat there looks really back from the back.

 

Anyone else have an issue like this?  Anyone know what I (or the dealer) could do about it?
