Had the same problem with my 2003 when I went from 3.42 to 4.10. After numerous calls to Hypertech, they admitted that there were certian combinations that they could not completely correct, as the ABS computer would still see the transmission sensor spinning at a different speed than the front wheel sensors.

Their only suggestion was to keep lowering the tire size until the problem went away. This did work, but I had to lower my tire size from 31.5 down to 29.25. This cleared up the lights, but put ste speedo off.

I have since removed the Hypertech altogether and had the PCM tuned by Allen Nelson. Speedo is correct, no lights, and it runs better too!

so after getting tried of the abs light on(rear speed sensor code) i took to my local gm dealership and had them program just the tire size, there tech 2 can only do up 31'' tires, but no more light, just a speedo thats slighty off

Wait4Me Tune will also eliminate the ABS light, but make sure and mention it in your request!

Who cares if the speedo is off with bigger tires.

With larger tires the speedo goes SLOWER, it clicks miles over slower and basically stretches out your warranty.

Ding!
