Hot / Cold ? Climate Control Unit Stupid?

Ok went camping this weekend. Since it feels like the arctic, well, maybe not, but enough to turn the heat on, I noticed a problem. I took my truck in a couple weeks ago because the A/C didnt seem to be blowing as cold as it should. It never dawned on me to check the heat vents. Now, when using the heat, and having both sides set at even 60 degrees (Which is the lowest it will register), the passenger side blows like it is 90 degrees ALL THE TIME (Whether the dial is turned down to 60 or the A/C is on) and the drivers side is what it is supposed to be at. I have the LT package, so I also have the electronic dual climate controls. Anyone ever have this problem or any idea whats wrong with it? I'm kind of leaning towards the electronic control unit. Thing ticks me off. Had to keep turning the A/C on and off to attempt to regulate the temperature. Thanks in advance.

Did the dealership reporgram the unit when you brought it in? I have an '04 LT Crew as well, and brought mine in to be serviced (it wasn't blowing cold) and they reprogrammed the unit and now, every now and then, it will turn the driver's side vent to max heat for no reason. I have to physically turn the truck off to get the unit to realize that it screwed up. Turning it on/off, setting the temp max heat/max cold during the "bug" will result in nothing. Also, the truck isn't cooling as well as it used to. I *have* to be going about 55-70MPH for the AC to get to a good temp, otherwise its about 10 degrees cooler than the outside temp.

I haven't taken mine back to the dealership yet, but I'm going to at some point.

Not sure I bought it used. But when I had it in, I Specifically told them that the air didnt seem to be blowing well. They must have only checked the Freon/Substitue because they said it was "slightly low". So they added some with dye. I will have to take it in this week and see if they find anything. I just thought id check on here first.

I had this happen to my truck. I also have the electronic controls. The dealer updated the computer and its fine now. I think they have a service bulletin out for it.
