(guy at four wheel parts said just get a superchip programer and will make up for it and redo the speedo)

2 So will the superchip thing work or do i need gears

What kind of driving are you planning on doing? (off road/street/Saturday night cruiser)

3.73 ratio is somewhat tall for 37's. I'd plan on a gear swap to at least 4.56 and 4.88 for more power and off road.

Drum up the pics so we can see what you've got.

yes you want to redo gears!!! I had factory 4.10's and a Wait4Me Tune and put on 35's and the low end torque was worse than before the tune w/ 265's! It was slow, constantly downshifted on hills, terrible. Then got the 4.88's, had the pcm reprogrammed by Wait4Me and everything is wonderful again! Speedo corrected, ABS light off, everything is working great. For you going from 3.73's all you need is 4.56's to bring everything back where it should be. Also, if you don't regear you gas mileage will actually suffer because you will be puting the engine in a much higher load condition to get everything up and moving. When I put on the 35's my gas mileage went down about 1.5 mpg, then when I went from the 4.10's to the 4.88's my gas mileage went back up about 1.5 mpg.
