New wheels old truck

I have a 1991 GMC 2500 4X4, what other year of trucks have the same offset? I'm looking at a set on ebay from a 2006. Will they fit correctly with stock tires?

Is there any difference between 2WD and 4WD wheels?

i cant tell you first hand, but I have seen this GEN 99-06 wheels on 88-98 pickups. They do fit. Just match up the same bolt pattern

They're 8-lug for the 3/4 ton. I'm not concerned about the hole pattern they're all 8 on 6.5". I'm concerned about the wheel offset. I don't know if there is any difference amongst the years....

I have 2006 wheels on my 1999 suburban and the offset is different. I believe they are like 1/2 inch more positive (making track width 1 inch narrower). The OBS trucks have such narrow rear ends so I installed correct track spacers on my rear wheels to make the truck look better and I also think it handles better. I got mine from my local dealer take offs for $400 including lugs and caps. The tire wheel combo was 22 pounds lighter than my stock steel wheel and trim ring with similar tires.
