93 chevy c1500 pu ignition

When I try to start my 93 chevrolet pu 4.3l ,AT,PS,and PB it only makes a buzzing noise.Any idea on what would make it do thie,the battery is 1 year old and fully charged

I will need more info on your problem.

Does it make the noise as soon as the truck is started, will it make the noise with the key turned to the on position engine not running?

How long does it make the noise?

Where does the noise come from?

What type of buzzing noise?

Does it do it all the time, on cold starts, or after truck has been ran for a while?
