z71 emblems

i have a 2006 z71 and was thinking of adding the emblems that come on the tahoe and sub to the area where the LT and LS emblems usually are. (I don't have either, should there have been?) anyways does anyone know the dimensions of them and would they fit there?

Also how much do they cost, was reading earlier posts (like 2004) and they were 9-10 bucks, on ebay they are going for 25 a piece?

If you are considering the gold Z71 emblems, those just don't look right IMO

 

I removed my Z71 decals from the bedside and bought some nice metal Z71 emblems from the 2005 Colorado and put them on my 2000 GMC Sierra. They come in two versions, 2wd and 4x4, I went with the 2wd version for a cleaner look.

 

These were actually cheaper on ebay then my dealer cost at the time. Check it out

 

I removed my SLT emblems from the cab sides and was going to use these there, but they are a little too long.

no, i want the ones you have with the 4x4 on them, i wonder if that area is any bigger on a crew cab than and ext cab?

nope..they won't fit behind the second door...i ended up putting the same ones gmcjoe on my doors

I bought them from partszone for like $22 a piece?

 

And yea they do not fit on the door pillar where the LS/LT logo is. They are slightly longer not by much though

here's a pic of mine...i didn't get the 4x4 one since(at the time) Z71 meant 4x4
