06 ECSB LT3 pricing

Hello all. New here but been lurking for a bit, anyways on to the ?

 

Went to the dealer last night and wanted OTD pricing on an 06 2wd EXSB LT3 Blue ext. color and gray leather, it is pretty much loaded. No DVD or Nav or sunroof but it does have Bose, Onstar, 20's with the sport suspension (what ever that supposedly is) and 3.73 gears. Also has the 5.3 w/ flexfuel.

 

His OTD price with all incentives and his pricing is 27,300, sticker is 36,350. The more I research I do it sounds like a pretty good deal, plus he doesn't know I have a trade yet.

 

So should I jump on it?
