1999 suburban

im am taking my dads suburban off his hands this weekend for a while and was wondering about a few problems i know it has. 1999 k1500 suburban ~165000 miles with LT package. There are 3 problems that ive heard are related to the "cabin control module" but i figured i would ask here before i dive in.

1. Unless the dome override is activated, the interior light will come on by itsself randomly and cause a dead battery overnight.

2. The wipers function oddly in delay mode, low, high and mist work fine.

3. the seat heat in the drivers seat doesnt work (not a big deal to me but could be related to the other problems) not sure about the passenger side.

 

Thanks for any help in advance, i come from a jeep background so im kind of lost.
