Got free shocks, will it fit my truck?

I have a 2003 silverado 2wd extended cab. I'm not really too familiar with the suspension, but I know I have coil springs.

 

A friend of a friend with a 2006 Sierra crew cab gave me some shocks, coil springs, and spindles. I don't know if he has a 4x4 or a 2wd. I'm assuming with the coil springs, it should be like a 2wd like mine?? I was under the impression a 4x4 won't have coil springs.

 

My question is, will the parts he gave me work on my 2wd extended cab? any type of help or feedback will be appreciated.

If it's a 4x4 it doesn't have coil's up front , it's got torsion bars, parts won't interchange
