Rear Cargo hinge pins on Suburban

My 1997 Suburban got taged in the rear cargo doors.

I found a set off of a similar truck with the same color so I don't have to paint them

It looks like the hinge pins are a booger to get out. At least that is what they told me at the wrecking yard as we took a cut off wheel to the old hinge (body side)

Is there a good way to get these hinge pins out without tearing up the hinge?

I want to be able to hang the new doors without hurting them.

I hope someone on here has seen this in a body shop before.

thanks
