I have a noise that seems to be coming from the x-cab on the driver's side. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what was the fix??? Thanks.

On my X cab I have had two sources of body creeking.

 

#1 was dirty Park Brake cables rubbing on the guide brackets. I know this because I used to work for the PB supplier. Ran it through the carwash and it goes away until dirty again

 

#2 There is a frame transmission crossmember bushing (almost under the Drivers door) that has a bit of slop on my truck and makes a wooble noise. It is a non servicable item (huge rivots hold them on).

 

I simply stuck some shim stock between the bushing rubber and the steel housing and the noise is gone.

 

Might want to take a look at both of these on your rig???
