Engine Computer Tuning

I've installed shorty headers, new High Flow Cats and Flow Master mufflers all the way out the back with tips. I've been told and also read it in the header installation instructions that I would need to have it tuned/reprogrammed in order to get the max performance from my investment. Can anyone give me some advice on what kind, how to, and so on. I'm limited on my money $300 to $400 max.
