Ordered Predator, Outlaw Power, & Gibson

I've been doing some wheelin' and dealin' the past couple of days on some parts that I've been researching for a while. Got hooked up with:

Outlaw Power intake with both oiled and dry filter elements and both intake tubes with and without the boost bottle

Gibson SuperFlow 30"X8" diameter/ 3"in 3" single out Stainless Steel Muffler

Diablosport Predator (my 2nd one, previous unit lost while moving)

All to my door for $422.50. I'm already talking with Johan at Diablosport to receive several custom tunes to try out that incorporate the better flow as a plethora of other parameters.

Let me know what you think of the Outlaw, I'm looking into that as well. Why did you go with the Diablo instead of getting your PCM tuned by werster or whatever?

havent received the outlaw sys yet so its review is tba...

reasons i chose predator over replacement pcm:

diagnostic/realtime data monitoring

DTC removal/reading

unlimited free custom tuning from diablosport tuners via email

no swapping pcm's for every change i want therefore no shipping cost for changes

How the heck did you get the Intake, the Muffler AND the Predator ALL for $422???? That seems too good to be true. Did you get it at cost? Or did it fall off a truck?

muffler and predator both new from ebay, about 75% off retail price. outlaw gave me $75 off because they offer a discount the ford truck enthusiast website (offer expired November). i belong there to keep up with the competitors vehicles.

I guess my biggest question would be, do you get the same benefits as far as all around performance? Does anyone or has anyone had both? It would be nice to know before I go and spend the money.

I have the diablo predator and love it. It comes with two tunes on it, you can read trouble codes, clear trouble codes. You can even read and clear trouble codes on other peoples trucks. Performance is great. Wish I got it a lot sooner.

If you have this handheld and are running one of the tunes that came on the unit, you're wasting your money and using about 15% of this tool's potential. You can have a custom pcm tune for any modification or any desired set of parameters you want done professionally, no pcm swaps, no shipping fees back and forth.

The customs done by diablosport tuners blow away the pre-installed programs.

That does make sense now that you explained that to me.. When ever you add on or take off you can have them email you the right type of tune you are wanting.. Cool, thanks for the heads up.
