Another tire size question!

Hey everyone...

I have an '06 sierra SLE 2 wheel drive and wanted to find out what the biggest tire size i can go without rubbing would be? I was thinking about 285s, but I noticed that there appears to be a pretty big difference in the height of the front compared to the back of the truck, and wasn't sure if that would make a big difference in the max tire size i could go.

Would it be a better bet to get different A-arms or other leveling kits? or would it look/work out okay with the current ride height? does anyone have any pictures of their sierra/silverado w/ 285s and no lift?

Thanks a lot everyone!

i work here at the dealer in maryland and we had had numerous trucks that people want bigger tires if you can put 285's on a 2500 cuz of the lift from the factory but you will have a slight rub problem on the lower valance, not recomended for gmc's because of the painted front cover. but on the chevys you just have to trim that little valance. on a 1500 truck you can go 265/70 without a problem even with an aggressive like a revo or bfg ko but check this site out for

plus sizing
