I don't think so. That nav unit requires a class II Data Bus system, which is not present in pre-2003 full-size GM trucks.

 

edit: now, if you're asking whether it would physically fit into the dash, I don't know. Although I don't think it would matter if it won't work.

Nope, probably not. 99-02 have a 1.5 Din opening, 03+ have a 2 Din, which would work. I'm having to exchange out my bezel and mounts in my 99 Silverado to get the 2-din out of an 03 to work, so that I can mold in an LCD screen and have plenty of room.
