I can get you some pictures of the stock GM tow mirrors on my '01 HD.  I think they are the same as the '02 models.  As far as price from GM, I have no idea.  I know they were actually a "credit" on my window sticker because they were a downgrade from the standard power/heated mirrors.

 

There are some nice aftermarket towing mirrors available too.

a company called powervision makes a power heated mirror that extends electrically. they are way cool

Check out my pictures.  I have a '02 with the larger mirrors.  I'm hoping to find the smaller ones this spring somewhere for a reasonable price and do a swap.  I'd rather have the heated/electric mirrors myself.

 

 

Reading your post again, I may have misunderstood your question.  I assumed you were looking for pics of the factory camper-style mirrors.  Oh well!  If anyone wants to swap electric/heated for the larger towing mirrors, I'll trade
