Satisfied with Dealer

Today I went in for the 30,000 mile BG service that includes trans flush, fuel filter, tire rotate,oil change, air filter etc,etc,etc. After driving my truck into the bay the serviceman asked if I would like to have the Stearing shaft serviced to rectify the knocking.

 

I explained that I would, but not this service time. ( the 30,000 mile service is relatively expensive). He said that he would do it under warranty despite my model year exceeding the 3 year limit.

 

Needless to say, that was a great offer and I am glad to brag about positive dealer service.

That is indeed great news about the dealership. Now if only the manufacturer would provide a permanent solution.
