04 Trailblazer runs rough

My wifes 04 Trailblazer runs rough when you start it and shut it off (stumbles?). But on occasion she says it runs rough through a whole trip. All fluids are good and gas mileage is about 3mpg lower than summer/fall, but that is not unexpected with winter gas.

 

The dealer hooked it up to the comp. and said there was nothing wrong with it. It is still under warranty.

 

Any ideas are appreciated.
