stumbling RPMs only at startup

I tried searching, but cant quite find what I need...Four days ago, I was really really low on fuel, pull in to gas station, fill up....then at start up, it stumbled for a few seconds, but didnt make nothing of it, figured I was so low on fuel, maybe air in the lines, plus it hasent done this before. A day later, after engine warming up, shifted to R and started backing up releasing brake only, no gas. Truck started bucking because the rpms were eratic, steped on brake, fed some fuel to bring RPMs up, and all was fine. Fuel was plentiful in the tank. Now, every second or third start up , its eratic, It will recover by itself if I leave it alone, so it doesnt just die. The other day I posted about a code thrown...the bank 2 O2 sensor...would the O2s have anything to do with it? The code has been cleared, and hasent come back,. I cant remember if all this started happening before or after the SES light came on....I think before.

possibly some contaminated gas!!

If you ran it low, there a good chance some of the sediment got sucked up, change the fuel filter it's not that expensive and might be an easy fix.

Don't fix something unless it is proved to be broken. I had an air pump code six months ago that cleared itself and never returned. I could have spent 400.00 on it but wisely decided to reset and wait. Good decision. Never move until you decide how far and what direction to move in.
