03 Z71 Tahoe brake pedal noise

When I first start my vehicle (03 Z71 Tahoe) the brake pedal (or at I feel it through the pedal) makes a noise that sounds like an air pump. It cycles a couple times for a few seconds each time then stops for the remainder of the drive. The brakes function properly. Can anyone tell me what that noise might be? Is it normal or is it something in need of repair? I have only had the vehicle for a few months so I don't know if it's always done this.

  I didn't see that model on the list, had to go in to see that the Trail Boss was an option for the LT. $7600 upgrade.

  Ya know...you just need a VIN from a truck that has what you are trying to do... cars.com, autotrader, etc. Find an LT Trail Boss or LTZ, copy the VIN and finding the parts will be much easier.

  Just wanted to add that the GMC HD models all have LED headlights and tail lights, including the Pro model. I think the LTZ Chevy is the model that adds LED headlights. Something to think about as I read posts here about updating to LED headlights. Big price difference between Chevy Custom and LTZ.
