1994 code 32 help

i have a 1994 chevrolet 1500 with a4.3/automatic.im not getting a ground from the cumputer to the egr solinoid.i need some help with this problem to pass the state inspection .can i repair the computer? if not can i get part numbers and a place that has the parts to fix this. thanks for the help

You said your not getting a ground to your computer. Is wire or pin supposed to have voltage coming out of it to actuate the solenoid? It's possible you could have blown your computer by putting an ohmmeter to it. An ohmmmeter puts out enough voltage to fry an ECM.
