Doug Thorley Headers

I had several inquiries about my new Thorley headers and the install on my OBS Vortec. Here is what everyone wanted to know:

 

Install was easy, they fit correctly except for one minor modification needed on the number 5 cylinder tube. We had to put a small dimple in the tube to make room for the bolt. Other than that, they were an easy install. The headers came with everything needed to install into a stock system, in other words, they bolt right up. Gaskets, bolts, everthing needed.

 

My install was a little different as they were bolted on before the engine went in, but I can see no problem with an install in the truck.
