Diamond Plate Tailgate Cap

*WHERE* can I find the diamond plate tailgate cap that fits properly to cover the square holes in the tailgate for the spoiler thing?

 

I had one on my 04 and was so stupid to forget to take it off.

 

 

DeeZee makes one but was curious if anyone had it? I'd hate to spend $70 and have it be the wrong one.
