07 Nbs Max Tire Size

The stock 20'' tire is a 275 55 20...31-32'' tall

With the 2'' spacer in front and rear block installed, what is the max tire size?

275 60 20 should not be a problem, but how about the 275 65 20 which is said to be 34''...probably=33''.

 

I know that a 285 55 20 touches the liners...so i want to stay with a 265-275 width.

I tried searching thru here but have found nothing...anyone have any experiance with what fits?

My truck is less than a week away and i am getting stuff lined up so its all ready to go as soon as possible.

This should help you out a bit. BigTool has 33s with 2 inch lift on his new 07...Good luck

UPDATE:

Just put on 175-60-20 Cooper Zeon LTZ tires and that would be the MAX size with a 2" lift...just barely touches the plastic fenderliner retainer when cranked at the rear of the well...would not touch without flaps.

Not sure on the NBS trucks...but in the past GM truck speedo's all showed to fast(better conceived fuel milage and shorter warranty) and with a 1-2" taller tire my trucks have been dead on with a GPS.

Will test this one with a GPS soon. And its only a couple of mph anyway.
