Fire And Ice Led Light Bar Problem

here is what i have:

now heres the problem: almost the entire thing works on it, brake light, reverse, and both turn signals. the problem is only the left half lights up for the running lights. the right half doesnt (the right half works for everything else tho). i cant tell what it is. the way i have it setup is that its plugged right into the trailer wiring next to the hitch. it came with a 4 plug harness, so i got an adapter so it could fit into the hitch harness. what could be wrong? is it the bar itself? could a wire shortened out? could some of the LED's burned out? if its the bar itself i can just exchange it cause its got a warranty. could it be the harness adapter? or the 4 plug? any help would be good.

im starting to think its the light bar. noone has any ideas tho?

i don't think it is the light bar because the red part of the bar lights with the brakes and blinkers are turned on. there could be a problem with the running/parking light wire which is seperate from the blinker and brake wires but i would say it is with the adapter. i cut the 4 wire plug off of mine and hardwired it to the tow package and then ran a single wire to one of my tail lights to pick up the reverse light wire so that when i have my outside lights activated with the alarm the white lights are on also on the led bar. determine which connector/plug on the adapter is the running/parking light for each side on the adapter and light bar 4 wire plug and using a jumper put it on the known good side of the 4 wire plug and then move it to the other side and if it works then you know it isn't the light bar. hope this helps and did not confuse you any. lol ,jd

im good util i get to here:

"determine which connector/plug on the adapter is the running/parking light for each side on the adapter and light bar 4 wire plug and using a jumper put it on the known good side of the 4 wire plug and then move it to the other side and if it works then you know it isn't the light bar. hope this helps and did not confuse you any. lol ,jd"

so your saying its the 4-plug, or the wiring going into the 4-plug? or the adapter i needed to connect the 4-plug into my trailering harness? but even if it is the 4-plug thats still part of the light bar. i called stylinconcepts and they said all i have to do is send the bar to them and theyll send me a new one. i think id rather do that so that this way its guaranteed to not be the light bar when i get the new one. unless you think its the adapter. and i dont know what u mean by jumper.

yea i thought after i re-read all of it that might happen. if they will send you a new one i would do that to. lol, jd if you have the same problem with it then something with the adapter has to be wrong. check to make sure the end that plugs into the truck has the same pin count(# of pins)? you could use a circuit tester and make sure your 12 volts is on the right pins when the blinkers , brake , parking , back up lights are on .
