Probable have to contact whoever has your current loan and find out if someone can take over. Basically they get your interest rate.

Some lenders do and some lenders don't. You'll have to check with your leinholder. It can be a risky deal if you are still held liable for the loan.

 

Personally I think you are better off just selling it outright. Most trucks sell very well if they are in decent shape. Go to craigslist.org and list it for free with a few pictures. It might just go away for good.
