According to Fabtech, you should be able to do a little trimming and run your 35s with no rubbing with a 6 inch lift. Have you trimmed anything?

I trimed the plastic on the lower part of the bumper but its rubbing behind the front wheel. I was told I could cut the fender where it curls under the truck, but I dont want to do that-It might be a little visible and I would think it would rust sooner .I may go that route if I dont do body lift-looking for other options as well.

So far the ones I have seen are hitting more to the inside against the plastic liner. You can cut the bottom of the liner or you can drill a small hole towards the bottom and use a black plastic zip tie or two to pull it back toward the metal inner structure some.

If it hits the fender itself a block of wood and a light touch with a hammer and you can roll that corner up just a little without hurting the truck. Might be just enough to clear. Don't get too crazy with that hammer!!!

I am also having the same problem. I installed a 6" suspension and still get rubbing on the back of fender. Does anyone know if you can install a leveling kit ontop of the suspension kit. Maybe the Rough Country 1.5" lift. What would be the difference between this and cranking torsion bars on older trucks? Thanks

I am trying to get in touch with my lift guy to ask him the same question,Ithink 2" level kit with 2" add a leaf will do it. I will let you know what he says, hopefully I get him today. My truck sags very bad towing and the helper springs should fix that too, the lift came with one cheezy little helper spring that doesnt look like it helps anything.

Your truck looks great, just curious but what are your fender measurements? I talked to the manager a 4wheel parts today and he said that it wouldnt be any different then older trucks cranking torsion bars to add spacers but he said he still doesnt recommend it. But 4 wheel parts doesnt recommend combining body and suspension lifts either. I think I am going to order the rough country 2" lift, which will put my front 1" taller than the back. I rather it sit level but no body makes a 1" spacer. Thanks
