American Racing "trench" Wheels

I'm looking real hard at putting a set of American Racing AR620 Trench wheels. Unfortunately, they are still realitively new and I have to wait until after the 1st of October for TomZwheels to get more in. Anyone tried them yet? If so,please post pics!

Great looking wheel! I was just looking at sites for wheels today and could not find any that really did not look dated or look like something that everyone else already has. My local custom shop was doing suspension and wheels on a NNBS 2500HD the other day. The guy was going with Jesse James 22" rims on 38" tires with a 10" lift. Looked sweet. Let us know how it goes with these wheels!

They are a good looking design. I like ARE stuff. I have ARE 17 inch Torqlites on my Sonoma.

You might want to consider the fact that they will show everything behind them since they have such thin spokes. You'll probably have to high heat paint the rotor hats and rear drums so they don't look nasty behind those fine looking wheels. Just something to consider.

You might want to consider the fact that they will show everything behind them since they have such thin spokes. You'll probably have to high heat paint the rotor hats and rear drums so they don't look nasty behind those fine looking wheels. Just something to consider.

Yeah, I thought about that. I was going to paint the calipers red like I did on my 2000 Z28. Rear drums probably just black or silver.

Nope,Not all,If you have the 6-liter "VortecMax" you have rear disc's.

I agree. My 01 Silverado (FRED) had 4 wheel discs and the brakes were awesome as long as I owned it. My 07 has Disc/Drums... Drat!!!

I bought my Jeep wheels from Tomz. Good folks to deal with. I found them on Ebay. They are in the Temple TX area I'm pretty sure. You should get a ship discount for being in Texas.

I'm just going to drive down there early one Saturday and let them install them. Temple is a two hour drive from here.
