Programming Keyless Remote-07 Nbs

Somehow I lost one of my remotes for my '07 Silverado, Z-71 NBS. Ordered a new one from Ebay, same model, code #s. etc as original at half the cost of the dealer ($24.95 as opposed to $52). I found instructions on "WikiHow" how to program the new remote, but it doesn't specify for the 07. The dealer wants $35 to program the thing (1/2 hr. labor). Anyone use these instructions successfully on an 07 like mine:

 

1. Close all vehicle doors.

2. Insert ign key

3. Press and hold DOOR unlock switch.

4. While holding DOOR lock switch in the unlock position, cycle the ign ON, OFF, ON, OFF

5. Release the DOOR unlock switch. Doors will lock and ulock to confirm the prog. mode.

6. Press and hold LOCK button and the UNLOCK button simultaneously on one keyless remote. The doors will lock and unlock to confirm the programming of that transmitter.

7. Repeat the previoius step to program up to 4 transmitters.

8. Turn the ign switch to RUN in order to exit the keyless entry transmitter mode.

9. Operate the transmitter functions in order to verify correct system operation.
