Torque Specs

I just bought a Sky Jacker 2" Leveling kit. I need the GM touque specs for the upper A-arm ball joint, outer tie rod, lower strut mounting bolts? And also how many turns down for the headlight ajustments?

I got the torque specs from the GM dealer.

 

 

Upper A-arm ball joint ....... 140 FT LBS

Outer tie rod ........ 44 FT LBS

Lower strut mounting bolts ........37 FT LBS
