kingsfisherman Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 I have a 2003 2500HD Sierra, my sons friend is a mech. and wanted to show how easy it is to remove the heat/AC blower unit. Unfortunanly he did'nt get back in right and the next time I turned the blower on it did'nt come on and I smelt something burning. So now I dont have the first 2 speeds on the blower. Is there a fuse or is it a resistor card? thanks for any help with this as winter is fast approaching!!
ryank1 Posted October 19, 2007 Posted October 19, 2007 There is a blower motor resistor located under the dash that will cause your condition.
99ceraclassic Posted October 20, 2007 Posted October 20, 2007 Where exactly is it under the dash? My fan is only working on high and I couldn't get an answer on another thread?

Thank you Ryan for your reply to my question,as 99 asked can you be a little more specific where under the dash the resistor is? Thanks again for the help.
