Bushwacker Cut Out Fender Flares?

So whats the best way to cut out the fenders, air nibbler?

I always used a sawzall, but that was on K5 Blazers and Pre 90's K20's and 30's. On a new truck Id use a plasma cutter!!!

I have used a 4" grinder with an 1/8 blade. Just watch where your sparks are going, they can really pit glass bad.

I'd throw on some masking tape, make a line, and take off with the nibbler. It's a great tool! Might want to keep a jigsaw handy for those corners since a nibbler has a hard time in tight spots.
