Quadrasteer Tire Upgrades

Can someone please help me out. After doing some research I saw a few threads of tire upgrades where members had to somewhat alter their springs and such to avoid rubbing issues. I have a 2003 Silverado with the quadrasteer option. OEM 16" wheels with 235 tires. Does anyone know what size I can go up to safely....w/o altering anything or having any issues.

 

maybe a 265/70 or 255/65 on the OEM wheels w/ no issues

 

I checked tire-rack too and they dont have the option for quadrasteer.

OEM tire size is 245/75/16 and they're horid goodyear wranglers....if that helps
